Studio Nicholson offers a 14-day return window for all full-priced items, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Our streamlined process ensures your modular wardrobe updates are handled with the same precision as our garment construction.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective bags are included to maintain the integrity of the textiles.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
